Short Title:
An Act amending the act of December 18, 1984 (P.L.1068, No.213), entitled, as amended, "An act requiring physicians to obtain informed consent from patients for treatment of breast disease," expanding the act to cover breast reconstructive surgery; and conferring powers and duties on the Department of Health and the Legislative Reference Bureau.
