Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 27, 1927 (P. L. 414, No. 270), entitled, as amended, "An act providing for a system of recording the identification of persons convicted of crime, ***," requiring the taking of fingerprints of persons charged with the commission of felonies, misdemeanors, and those certain summary offenses which escalade to misdemeanors or felonies on second or subsequent offenses, imposing duties on heads of police departments and issuing authorities, and providing for the police to destroy certain records.
