An Act requiring a ban on the distribution, sale and use of halogenated hydrocarbon chemicals and aromatic hydrocarbon chemicals as sewer system cleaners; requiring the disclosure of contents of sewage system cleaners; requiring the Department of Environmental Resources to administer and enforce certain provisions; and establishing penalties.
