Acker, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Mercer County; attorney and partner, Routman, Moore, Goldstone & Valentino; attorney, Ekker, Kuster, McConnell & Epstein; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2006; reelected to the House to serve 7 more consecutive terms; appointed, Special Education Funding Commission (2019-2022); appointed, State Board of Education (2021-2022); appointed, State Board of Career and Technical Education (2021-2022); appointed, board, Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) (2021-2022); not a candidate for reelection to the House (2022); director of business and community development, Hermitage, Pa.
