O’NEAL, Timothy Jon, a Representative from Washington County, born, 1980 in Monroeville, Allegheny County, Pa.; graduated, Jeanette High School, 1998; B.A., criminology, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, 2003; A.A.S., mining technology, The Pennsylvania State University, 2009; M.B.A., finance, Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, 2013; served, ROTC, Indiana University of Pennsylvania; captain, Pennsylvania National Guard (1999-2007: Bronze Star with Valor recipient); human resource director, Mascaro Construction Corp.; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in a Special Election, May 15, 2018; Sworn-In, June 5, 2018 to serve the remaining 2017 term; reelected to the House for the 2019, 2021 and 2023 terms; appointed, Covid-19 Vaccine Joint Task Force (2021-2022); elected, Republican Whip (2023-present).
