Harry, a Representative from Cumberland and Franklin Counties; born in Pottsville, Schuylkill County, Pa., March 27, 1938; graduated, Chambersburg Area Senior High School, 1956; A.B., Gettysburg College, 1960; J.D., Dickinson School of Law, 1964; attended, University of Florida Law School; lawyer; assistant district attorney, Franklin County (1965-1968); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in a Special Election, April 23, 1968; Sworn-In on May 27, 1968 to serve the remaining 1967 term; reelected to the House for 7 more consecutive terms; elected, Majority Caucus Secretary (1975-1976); appointed, Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee (1981-1982); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1982); deputy secretary, Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources (1983-1987); president, CEO and part owner, PERCS, Inc.
