TRICH, Leo, Jr., a Representative from Washington County; born in the city of Washington, Washington County, Pa., July 23, 1951; graduated, Washington High School; attended, California University of Pennsylvania; attended, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University; executive assistant, board of commissioners, Washington County (1986-1987); district administrator, Pennsylvania Department of Revenue (1988); co-author, Coaching Youth Sports (1981); commissioner, PONY Baseball; vice president, USA Baseball; member, United States Olympic Committee (1980-1984); former president, Washington County Young Democrats; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1988; served 5 more consecutive terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House (2002); director of development, Frontier Professional Baseball League (2003-2007); co-founder, Prospect College League (2008); general manager and majority owner, Butler BlueSox (2009-2010).
