ROCK, Todd A., a Representative from Franklin County; born in Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pa., 1963; graduated, Waynesboro High School, 1981; teaching certificate, The Pennsylvania State University; former teacher; member, Franklin County Republican Committee; former member, Waynesboro School Board; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 2007 term and is currently serving his 4th consecutive term.
