SWANGER, RoseMarie, a Representative from Lebanon County; born in Lebanon, Lebanon County, Pa., October 31, 1945; graduated, South Lebanon High School, 1963; attended, Thompson Institute; attended, Lebanon Valley College, 1981-1983; clerk (1966-1972), assistant city clerk (1972-1974), city clerk (1974-1978), personnel officer (1978-1984), Lebanon; owner, Quality Pin Services; elected, commissioner, Lebanon County (1984-2004); founder, Lebanon County Commission for Women; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 2007 term; reelected to 3 more consecutive terms; appointed, Select Committee on Property Tax Reform (2012); not a candidate for reelection to the House (2014).
