Harold Datz P.C. (1984); in-house counsel, Cunnane Bicycle Company; co-founder, general law practice, Dean Homicki & DeVita; assistant professor, English, La Salle University (2001-2011); op-ed writer, The Philadelphia Daily News and The Philadelphia Inquirer; elected, commissioner, Abington Township, Ward 7 (2011-2012); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in a Special Election on April 24, 2012; Sworn-In, May 8, 2012 to serve the remaining 2011 term; reelected to the House to serve the 2013, 2015 and 2017 terms; appointed, Select Committee on Property Tax Reform (2012); appointed, Pennsylvania Commission for Women (2015-2018); not a candidate for reelection to the House (2018); elected, United States Congress (2019-present); manager, Congressional Impeachment proceedings on President Donald J.
