O’BRIEN, Frank Woodrow, a Representative from Allegheny County; born, January 25, 1918 in Ohio; served, United States Army (1941-1945, World War II); labor representative; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in a Special Election on April 23, 1968; Sworn-In, May 27, 1968 to serve the remaining 1967 term; reelected to the 1969 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1970); died, May 18, 2006 in Westlake, Cuyahoga County, Ohio; interred, Calvary Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
