BALDWIN, Roy E., a Representative from Lancaster County; born, August 9, 1948 in Bridgehampton, Suffolk County, NY; graduated, Wayland Central High School, 1966; B.S., science, Cornell University, 1970; attended, Franklin and Marshall University; elected, commissioner, Manheim Township (1994-2002); president, Royal Business Services, Inc.; senior vice president of corporate division, The Arro Group Inc./Hyder North America (2001-2002); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 2003 and 2005 terms; appointed, Select Committee on Toll Roads (2004-2005); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 2007 term; business development, Pennoni Associates; member, Lancaster County Transportation Authority (2011); member, Lancaster County Transportation Technical Advisory Committee (2011).
