KOTIK, Nickolas M., a Representative from Allegheny County; born in McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, Pa., 1950; graduated, Sto-Rox Senior High School, 1968; B.A., public administration, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, 1972; payroll accountant, municipal representative and property assessor, Allegheny County; elected, council, McKees Rocks Borough (1973-1976, 1981-1984); administrative assistant, Pennsylvania State Representative Fred A. Trello (1987-2000); manager, Robinson Township (2000-2002); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 2002; reelected to serve 6 more consecutive terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House (2016).
