Phillip “Phil” Price, Jr., born, October 28, 1934, city of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; son of Philip Price, Sr. and Sarah Harrison Price; Saint Paul’s School, New Hampshire; Harvard University, 1956; United States Army Reserve 1957-1958; University of Pennsylvania Law School (now Penn Carey Law), 1961; attorney, father’s law firm, Dechert Price and Rhoades (now Dechert, LLP); public defender’s office; delegate, Republican National Convention, 1976; Pennsylvania State Senate, 1979-1982; executive director, Allegheny West Foundation, 1982-1988; board member emeritus,  Fairmount Park Conservancy, married, Sarah Dolan Price, 1960, children, Alexandra Aly Price, Emilie Price, Philip Price, III; died, February 1, 2023, Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
