LUTTY, Paul F., a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa., June 30, 1917; attended, South High School; delegate, Pittsburgh Central Labor Union; president, Local 233, Joint Council of Teamsters; paper hanging contractor (1936-1939); secretary, 17th Ward Democratic Committee (1942-1950); inspector, Pittsburgh Department of Public Safety; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1950; reelected to serve 10 more consecutive terms; appointed, Pennsylvania Commission on Interstate Cooperation (1969-1970); appointed, Local Government Commission (1971-1972); not a candidate for reelection to the House (1972); died, October 3, 1988 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, St. George Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
