Holly, Burlington County, NJ; graduated, Bishop Egan High School; attended, Bucks County Community College; B.A., Rider College, 1977; J.D., Temple Law School, 1986; steel worker; educator; elected, school board director, Bristol (1977-1980); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1981, 1983 and 1985 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1987 term; unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania State Senate (1986); partner, Cordisco & Bradway (1990-2008); founder, Team Capital Bank (2005-present); shareholder, Stark & Stark (2008-present); elected, Democratic chair, Bucks County; unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania State Treasurer (2008); appointed, Judge pro tempore, Philadelphia County Courts; elected, delegate, Democratic National Convention (2012, 2016); board member, Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority.
