ARMSTRONG, Thomas E., a Representative from Lancaster County; born, January 22, 1959 in Prescott, Yavapai County, Az.; graduated, Conestoga Valley High School; A.A, business administration, The Pennsylvania State University, 1980; comptroller, Gordon Waste Company, Inc.; small businessman; elected, council, Marietta (5 years); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1990 and served 5 consecutive terms thereafter; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (2002); insurance salesman.
