RYAN, Francis Xavier, a Representative from Lebanon County; born, May 1, 1951 in the city of Baltimore, Md.; graduated, Fairfield High School, 1969; B.A., summa cum laude, Mount St. Mary’s College, 1973; M.B.A., finance, University of Maryland, 1977; colonel, United States Marine Corps Reserves (3 Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, United States Army Commendation Medal recipient); Certified Public Accountant; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 2017 term; reelected to the House to serve 2 more consecutive terms; appointed, board, Public School Employees Retirement System (PSERS) (2019-2022; vice-president, 2021-2022); not a candidate for reelection to the House (2022).
