TALLMAN, Willis F., a Representative from Adams, Cumberland and York Counties; born in Lock Haven, Clinton County, Pa., 1947; graduated, Salem Central High School, 1966; B.A., cross cultural ministries, New Tribes Mission, 1971; attended, Wisconsin School of Electronics; staff, Barry Goldwater Campaign, 1964; Page, Wisconsin Assembly; author of technical manuals for Piper Aircraft; self-employed, small business computer networking and telephone line improvements; president and member, Wellsboro Area School District Board of Education; legislative council member, Pennsylvania School Board Association; member, Republican State Committee; president, Adams County Republican Club; unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (2004); elected as a Republican to the House of Representatives in 2008; reelected to the House in 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016; not a candidate for reelection to the House (2018).
