Pleasant High School, 1996; B.S., secondary education, Duquesne University, 2000; M.B.A., business administration, Seton Hill University, 2004; admissions officer, University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg; teacher, Pressley Ridge School; educator, business classes, Westmoreland County Communicty College; assistant director and financial administrator, Westmoreland County; chief of staff, Westmoreland County commissioners Terry Marolt and Phil Light; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 2008; reelected to the House for 6 more consecutive terms; elected, Majority Caucus Secretary (2019-2021); appointed, member, Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) Oversight Commission (2020-2021); died while in office, prior to taking the oath, January 2, 2021 in Greensburg, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
