Benjamin Nunemacher, born July 13, 1802. Upper Bern Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania; son of Jacob and Philipina Goetel Nunemacher; married, Sarah Tobias Nunnemacher, 1845; children, James Benjamin Nunemacher, Sophia Caroline Seyfert; elected, Democrat, Pennsylvania State House of Representatives, 1856-1858; elected, Democrat, Pennsylvania State Senate, 1859-1860; died, May 28, 1860 (age 57), while in office of Senate, Upper Bern Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania; interment, Saint Michael's Union Cemetery, Tilden Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
