Elected, Conventionalists (Democratic-Republican), Pennsylvania State Senate, 17th district, Allegheny, Beaver and Butler Counties, 1805-1808; resigned his seat prior to the beginning of the session and was replaced by Nathaniel Irish, 1808-1809.
