Legacy:

Captain "Light Horse" Henry Jarrett (an officer in the local cavalry) was one of the key figures and was sentenced to two years in prison and fined $1000. History states that many of these sentences were alleviated, and there is no record that he was one of the men eventually imprisoned in Philadelphia, several of whom died of yellow fever.
