The son of Robert and Hannah (Harlan) Ingram, Harlan G. Ingram was born on January 30, 1821, in Chester County. Read law and was admitted to the Delaware County Bar in 1848; He married Eliza Tryon (or Tryson) of Philadelphia in 1885. He died in February 1885, or later.
