Wilbur P Graff

Born in 1873, Blairsville, Indiana Co., the son of Paul and Elizabeth A. (Mowry) Graff; educated in public schools; West Point Military Academy, 2 years; graduated from Lafayette College Easton; Eastman Business College, Poughkeepsie, NY; employed as clerk at First National Bank of Blairsville; president of same, 1916; organizer of Torrance State Hospital; coal and farming interests; Trustee of Allegheny College, Meadville; secretary of the Indiana County Republican Committee; hosted President Taft at his home, 1917; married Laura Rugg, Dec. 20, 1879. Wilbur Graff died on September 15, 1920.
