Biography
1886 -
Son of state Senator J. Frank and Susan Lobinger Graff; born in Worthington, Armstrong County, September 15, 1886; educated in public schools; Mercersburg Academy, and Princeton University; pursued manufacturing and mercantile business in Worthington; member of the town council, president and treasurer of Peter Graff & Co., woolen product manufacturers; elected to the Senate in 1932, for one term; delegate to the 1928 Republican National Convention; and Local Government Commission, 1935-1939. He married Georgia Isabel Brown.
