HOOVER, Norris Elmer, a Representative from Fulton County; born in Hustontown, Fulton County, Pa., April 3, 1880; graduated, Eastman Business College; teacher; chief accountant, Mount Union Tanning and Extract Company (5 years); inspector, Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company; merchant, Hoover Brothers; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1923 and 1925 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1927 term; died, June 13, 1939 in McConnellsburg, Fulton County, Pennsylvania; interred, Hustontown Methodist Cemetery, Hustontown, Fulton County, Pennsylvania.
