Uliana, born November 19, 1965, Bethlehem, Northampton County, Pennsylvania; son of John H. and Violet Machek Uliana; Bethlehem Catholic High School, 1983; Lehigh University, B.A. 1987; elected, Republican, Pennsylvania House of Representatives, 1991-1994; elected, Republican, Pennsylvania State Senate, 1995-1998; unsuccessful campaign, United States Congress (1998)lobbyist, Malady and Wooten, 2000-2009; lobbyist, J.M.
