House Committee Roll Call Votes

Adds fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer to the list of offenses associated with harming a police animal while evading arrest or detention. Requires that a person convicted of this offense make restitution to the agency or individual owning the animal for veterinary bills, replacement costs of animal if disabled or killed and salary of animal's handler for period of time their services are lost to the agency.
