Establishes the program in Section 1205.8 of the Public School Code for all school entities, changes the beginning date to the 2022-2023 school year, utilizes term “school entity” instead of “school district”, expands program to include pre-kindergarten school personnel, allows for training required under the program to count towards a teacher’s continuing professional education requirements.
