Comprehensive amendment that: changes the program start date to the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year and continuing through September 30, 2023; clarifies that the program of accelerated learning shall be established according to guidelines and resources provided by PDE; permits a school entity to contract with intermediate units to provide services; clarifies a school entity’s reporting requirements; and updates definitions.
