Inserts a new whereas provision stating that the declaration dead March 6, 2020 was approved by all four chairs fo the House and Senate Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committees and that the PEMA Council must reaffirm any extension of the Gov’s proclamation declaring a disaster emergency after 90 days, which will be June 4, 2020.
