An Act amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L. 90, No. 21), known as the Liquor Code, further providing for wine and spirits auction permits by adding an organization designation for qualifying organizations to allow a community based voluntary health organization in a county of the second class which is dedicated to enriching the lives of children and young adults with disability and chronic illness to obtain a Wine and Spirit Auction Permit to raise funds for their organization.
