Provides that immunity from prosecution from certain offenses under the Controlled Substances Act for individuals who suffer a drug overdose will apply only if the victim, within 10 days following the drug overdose, obtains a screening and receives a referral for treatment from a certified recovery specialist or other trained medical professional.
