Requires the clerk of courts to notify the Department of Agriculture of HSPO appointments; adjusts the number of training hours in all areas of instruction; clarifies the nature of the new element of agricultural instruction; exempts current HSPOs from taking initial training, as long as they successfully complete the new continuing education training; removes the fees associated with HSPO registration; removes the requirement for humane societies to be subject to the RTKL; and requires the Humane Society Police Officer Advisory Board to meet and review and recommend training programs.
