This amendment: clarifies that the bill will not apply to real property that is owned by federal, state or local or any agency or authority; provides that the bill will not supersede any applicable provisions of the Municipalities Planning Code, the zoning codes of Pittsburgh and Philadelphia and any subdivision or land use ordinance in effect where the property is located; adds a new subsection to make is clear that the remedy is not intended to be exclusive to any other potential solutions, such as the Probate, Estates, and Fiduciaries Code; and defines "single family dwelling".
