Adds a new section 5.2 to provide that any check or money order used to pay taxes shall be made payable to the name of the taxing district and in the name of the tax collector or to the name of the office of tax collector of the taxing district; such payments shall be deposited directly into an account under the name of the taxing district electing the tax collector; the taxing district shall provide any information needed to establish a new bank account or utilize an existing bank account to receive the tax payments. Amends section 6 relating to notice of taxes to provide that the tax notice shall contain an example of the wording to whom the payments must be made.
