Amends the Public School Code to provide for: a new process of public school construction and reconstruction reimbursement; an electronic database of school construction projects and charter lease reimbursements; a statewide analysis of school facilities; eligibility of public school construction projects for reimbursement; elimination of supplementary reimbursements for use of school facility design clearinghouse designs and for “green” building construction;
a decrease in Commonwealth reimbursement for future school construction projects; and lump sum reimbursement for public school construction.
