Amends the bill to add a reference to area vocational-technical schools and removes the reference to cyber schools in the definition of a school entity. Provides a range of $20,000 to $200,000 for each grant awarded by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and specifies that the grant is to be used to facilitate the creation or expansion of hybrid learning opportunities. Removes the reference to a $10 million appropriation and replaces it with a reference to an annual appropriation. Provides that school entities and intermediate units that participate in the program must develop a plan for sustainability of the hybrid opportunity beyond the duration of the grant.
