| Brief Description |
A technical amendment to making the language in the bill consistent with prior sections in Title 35 and provides for the proper reference to the Department of Insurance and that the department is responsible for the development of a standardized assignment of benefits form. Prohibits EMS agencies from balance billing patients when an assignment of benefits has been executed.
