Amends bill by making technical changes making the legislation consistent with current statute relating to the possession and final disposition of cremated remains and removes provisions in the bill that make references to entities that do not exist in the Commonwealth. Finally, provides that a good faith effort must be made to notify the next of kin of the identified cremated remains of the veteran.
