| Brief Description |
(A00779) Is a gut and replace amendment that changes the bill from a freestanding act to a Title 35 bill, which is our public safety code. The amendment also contains a few technical changes that have been suggested by the Association of Boroughs. The change to Title 35 is a necessity to continue what the General Assembly started last session, which was the codification of all fire and EMS laws under one Title. This was done under Act 118 of 2010.
