A substantial technical amendment to provide uniformity in the language as it relates to provisions found in Title 18 of the Crimes Code. The amendment also inserts additional provisions from Title 18 that would bar an individual from being certified as an EMS provider if their background check produces a prior conviction of a crime so listed under the act.
