| Brief Description |
Amends Title 34 to allow the PA Game Commission (PGC) to set regulations which will permit the transfer of certain tags or permits from a licensed mentor hunter to a youth hunter participating in the Mentored Youth Hunting Program. The bill also changes and simplifies the fee structure for obtaining falconry permits. in hunting and furtaking licenses.
