Brief Description	This amendment corrects and clarifies the language of the bill to reflect the recent change to state law on bid limits which occurred after the introduction of this bill and raised the bid limits, as well as providing for annual CPI adjustments to these limits. Additionally, this amendment clarifies the language of the bill to ensure that while school districts may choose to bid out contracts separately or singly, a contract must still be entered.
