House Committee Roll Call Votes

1) Provides Lancaster County to continue to operate under their current countywide collection system, 2)Enables counties to begin their county wide collection system before the mandated January 1, 2012 date, 3) clarifies that conflicts of interest are not created when a delegate is also a member or emlployee or a potential candidate for tax collection officer, 4) Makes technical changes relative to the establishment of a quorum at the "First Meeting: as well as deletes erroneous references to the Attorney General, 5) And finally, adds a definition of "public agency".
