AN ACT
Establishing causes of action for State employees who were
terminated from employment or missed pay due to the
employee's COVID-19 vaccination status.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Short title.
This act shall be known and may be cited as the COVID-19
Vaccination Status Justice for State Employees Act.
Section 2. Definitions.
The following words and phrases when used in this act shall
have the meanings given to them in this section unless the
context clearly indicates otherwise:
"COVID-19." The coronavirus disease 2019, an infectious
disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus
2, that was first identified during December 2019 in Wuhan,
China.
"Employer." An entity that employs a State employee.
"State employee." An individual employed by:
