Section 4. Reporting period for past elections.
Upon the establishment of the telephone hotline and the form
on the Auditor General's publicly accessible Internet website
under section 3(a), the Office of Auditor General shall open
accessibility of both for 30 days to receive reports alleging
fraud relating to the election held on November 3, 2020, and any
other election taking place after November 3, 2020, until the
effective date of this section. Reports under this section shall
be documented by the Office of Auditor General, and within three
months of the closing date of the accessibility of the telephone
hotline and the form on the Auditor General's publicly
accessible Internet website, the Office of Auditor General shall
submit a report detailing any reports alleging fraud received to
the following:
(1) The President pro tempore of the Senate.
(2) The Majority Leader and Minority Leader of the
Senate.
(3) The chairperson and minority chairperson of the
State Government Committee of the Senate.
(4) The Secretary of the Senate.
(5) The Speaker of the House of Representatives.
(6) The Majority Leader and Minority Leader of the House
of Representatives.
(7) The chairperson and minority chairperson of the
State Government Committee of the House of Representatives.
(8) The Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives.
