AN ACT
Amending Title 35 (Health and Safety) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in COVID-19 disaster emergency,
providing for COVID-19 vaccine.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 57 of Title 35 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subchapter to read:

§ 5753. COVID-19 vaccine advertisement.
(a) General rule.--All providers receiving a State
allocation of COVID-19 vaccines in this Commonwealth shall
publish weekly in a newspaper of general circulation and the

newspaper's Internet publication, if applicable, the location
and allocation of COVID-19 vaccines the provider received. The
publication under this subsection shall include a telephone
contact number.
(b) Definitions.--As used in this section, the following
words and phrases shall have the meanings given to them in this
subsection unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"COVID-19." The novel coronavirus as identified in the
Governor's proclamation of disaster emergency issued on March 6,
2020, published at 50 Pa.B. 1644 (March 21, 2020).
"COVID-19 vaccine." A vaccine for COVID-19 that has received
emergency use authorization from the United States Food and Drug
Administration.
"Provider." A COVID-19 vaccine provider approved by the
Department of Health to distribute and administer COVID-19
vaccine doses in this Commonwealth.
Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
