AN ACT
Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in offenses against the family,
further providing for concealing death of child.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 4303 of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
ยง 4303. Concealing death of child.

(a.1) Aggravated concealment.-- A person is guilty of a
felony of the second degree if, in the commission of an offense
under subsection (a), the person treats the corpse in a way that
the person knows would outrage ordinary family sensibilities.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
